You need to achieve 100% in time. ※ You will fail at the minigame if you hold the button down for too long. ※ If you succeed at the minigame, it will cost 10 Energy. If you fail, it will cost 4 Energy.

Is there a second requirement for this quest? I can get it with my main and one of my alts, but with no other alt...
