The Black Spirit says befriending a diverse bunch of people is most important in an adventure. Find Annolisa Rosie, librarian of the Holy College of Calpheon, and earn her trust and friendship. You suspect the Black Spirit has some ulterior motive, but, for now, go meet with Annolisa Rosie.

Have 3200 amity and no any option to end quest.

I have 15,871 amity with Annolisa, quest not progressing. I have submitted a ticket, lets hope it gets fixed in a reasonable amount of time.
