Whoever reported seeing such a creature probably just saw the angler fish that lives in front of Invernen Island. Well, there are a lot of guards on Tashu Island. Try there. One of them may have seen something. I am not sure why I was assigned to search for a deserter. Such assignment is below me, especially for someone of my rank. Have you seen my sister?
