Note that the young Shai to whom you must give the wooden sword will not be present at night. If it is night, wait until morning. I don't recall the exact time I was able to give the wooden sword to the target Shai trainee, but it was around 7 in the morning.

They Spawn around 5AM. Give it to Shai.

Помимо того что взять квест, нужно еще отдельно взять меч. Не обратил внимания, думал что нужного НПС нет

Note that 'Shai' is one of the kids playing next to Alfredo - this caught me out - I was looking everywhere.
