This guy's amity game is pretty terrible.

I strongly recommend you to do the storyline quest that starts with Kush Town Chief Adam Berney

Quest requires you to do every non-lifeskill or repeat quest in the town. Took me about 15 minutes and it requires you to kill stone crabs nad bugs and whatnot in the nearby mob spawn. Bring at least 150ap or higher alt.

You can do an easy quest for this knowledge instead of amity. Just killing a few mobs like 200 units away from the NPC.
