The reformed item will have a higher grade and better stats. - One reform stone will be consumed per item reform attempt. - "Ultimate" items cannot be reformed any further. Confirmed, will take green armor to yellow 100% of the time.

The description says to heat with a sharp black crystal shard, however it needs to be a HARD black crystal shard.
