The quest chains, especially in Balenos are, aren't as you say. I'd suggest you literally wipe the site and start over by playing the game manually. make multiple characters for multiple 'crossroads'. For instant I am wanting to get the [Daily] quest to hunt beehives. Your site says it can only be gotten by doing the Jarret's Headache THEN going to Iliysa Island and chopping trees. I've NEVER gone to that island and chopped trees and I've gotten that beehive/matchlock quest. Only thing is I cant remember how and your site keep pointing me back to that nonsense.

In the game client there is no real reference to the quest chains. They are reconstructed automatically by ordering the quests under the same group by the quest IDs. That's the best we can do here.
In most cases it's the correct order for the quests to be executed. But sometimes the real order of the quests in the game is not the same as order of the quest IDs.
That's why it's better to look at "Quest requirements" section. It'll show exact conditions the game expect you to fulfill to get this quest. Sometimes there are various ways to fulfill them and they may be not related to the quests in the chain.
