Description of the problem: This recipe for soft bread says 6 dough, but you only need 3 dough (3 of any type, even barley). Thank you!

It really depends on the mastery level and exact type of the dough. You can see lengthy discussion in the comments.
That's why I left value of 6 as a safe one and as it's written in the description of the Soft Bread.
