In order to get this title you have to craft 10x calpheon noble suit. All costumes must be finished while you are on the same character - it seems that each character has separate counter.

All [insert class] Costume Expert titles are the same, so you can update it also for other classes.

Must I stay online on the same character without a break to get this title? Or can I craft 3, go offline, then log back in on the same character, craft 7 more and get the title?

The later.
You can craft 1 or more, go offline, log back to the same char make some more etc.

It is 11 costumes total, not ten.

Confirm that it needs 11 crafts. Got both titles on two classes, only on 11 craft each
