I am not able to obtain this knowledge. The requirements seem unclear... I assume the next quest I need is from the black spirit, but he doesn't offer me anything and I have all types of quests turned on.

Play through the main questlin. Choose the crossroad "silence, we're done here," and play through it. You'll get the knowledge from here.

You get it from Hervano Tito by completing the Al Rhundi, the Mortal or [Serendia II] Longing for Priola quests. If you already finished either of them, just talk to the NPC again to get it through the dialog.

I looked everywhere for this information. I had already finished the main storyline of Serendia and never got the knowledge. I can't believe it was this easy. Thank you so much. You saved me
