If you have a T10 Uni, but no Pegasus, you can jump from this point on the stairs coming from the direction of the Abyssal Well. You will land at the 2 statues feet, and you just need to jump around a bunch. I was able to jump up to the sword, staying on my horse the entire time, then 1 ledge, then to the chest.
