You have to wait 3 days before you're able to accept the next one. You keep doing that until you get the last card then you're able to complete the last quest in the questline.

It's not only 3 days waiting it's also character bound somehow, so if you trigger it with an alt you have to do it with this character as well.
Check in a tavern, if there is a bird talking then this character will have to do the quest.
