there is 2 abandoned quarries, yes, 2 exact same spots, different locations, no different name, 1 north of keplan, and the one that triggered it for me, was south of keplan, just take the route south of keplan , and then "east" on the map, and u should see an abandoned quarry, if you go there, it will trigger and finish the mission.
