If you're going for the knowledge, now, apparently you can catch it in Heidel, but in my experience if that is true it's a really rare catch, I fished afk there for a bit more than a week and got nothing. Then I realised it was also in Zenato Sea along with the Golden Sea Bass which I also didn't have. I went there. The bdolytics map says you can only catch it in the deepest region of zenato sea (pirate islands area), like the "outer ring" area (if you go check the map you'll get what I mean). I went there, fished afk at night for a week, got nothing. Then I decided to move to another spot in that outer ring and got golden sea bass the first night, and golden albacore the second. So it seems like it's a finicky area.

The knowledge of both have a 100% chance of dropping, so you only need to catch them once.
