The Tavern is slightly south of the quest giver, 10-15 seconds away by walking.

I like ur way of describing lol, takes longer to read and figure than actually get to the location, better say, THE HOUSE UPSTAIRS BEHIND HER... jesus.

it's located in the arehaza's chief house in the the room of 2nd stairs (go around the house to find the stairs) and as mentioned above it costs 10 energy
