You need to get the knowledge about the Troll Warrior. Just kill them to get it.

No, the requirements are shown correctly. There are no level restrictions, only recommended level.

Then you should continue killing those Troll Warriors. You get the knowledge on the mobs by killing them.

Please, don't add such big images into the comments. They mess up the page's layout.

As i've seen from your image, looks like you are using some fan translation and playing on Japanese or Korean servers. If it is so, then there could be different requirements for the quests and some items not present in the official English client.
