Im Glockenturm sitzt ganz oben eine Katze.

go around half 8 am in heidel chapel. From the front door turn left and climb up towards the bell tower. when u reach the tower look out the window. there should be a cat sitting by the window. interact with it and it will give u the knowledge. make sure u have 3 energy to spend.

Got it at 11:35 AM and got to the cat from the outside... there is a staircase btw. I noticed later.
