Este Diente Afilado de Orco no es tan fácil de obtener como imagine (o tal vez algo estoy haciendo mal), he hecho varias veces misiones en que me lo piden, y a veces me sale al matar 5 orcos, y otras veces he tenido que estar 40 minutos matando orcos.

Generalmente lo obtengo por ésta ubicación

Elites have a way higher chance to drop it, the data is not correct here - https://bdocodex.com/us/item/42345/, it drops from elites also

El diente es fácil de obtener, solamente tienes que ir con un personaje de nivel bajo, ya que a partir de cierto nivel, el drop se reduce hasta un punto que deja de haber drop directamente.
Con un personaje de nivel 28 he tardado 2 minutos en conseguir 1, lo mas recomendado es ir con uno de nivel 23-26.

The tooth is easy to obtain, you just have to go with a low level character, beacause at a certain level, the loot drop is reduced till you don't get anything.
With a level 28 character it took me 2 mins to get 1. I reccomend to go with a character level 23-26.
