Given during the quest chain "weakness of the khurutos", given by a soldier at Delphe Outpost. Quest appeared in green (like a profession quest) for me.
If it doesn't show try finishing the harpy quest chain

It is the Sunrise Herb Quest. Do that and the following Quest and the Drunk Khuruto Quest will be unlocked.

квест уходит своими корнями к цепочке в Замке рыцарей Дельпе. Там в башне сидит олень - Кристофер.. вот с него и надо начинать рыть

มันจะมีเควสต่อ เควสชื่อ"ชนเผ่าคูรูโต้ขี้เมา" (https://bdocodex.com/th/quest/3006/4/) (รูปประกอบด้านล่าง)
