Montrer/cacher la suite du texte de quête Je pense avoir vu sceau sur la carte dans les ruines de l'Œil d'Oquilla. Et ce n'est pas un sceau ordinaire. Cet objet est vraiment précieux. Il me semble l'avoir déjà vu quelque part. C'est le destin qui t'as fait venir à moi avec cette carte. Bien, je vais t'aider à la compléter. Là. Cette fosse, juste là. Je sais où elle se trouve. C'est un endroit très connu dans l'Œil d'Oquilla, mais il est très dangereux et difficile à atteindre. Prépare-toi pour l'expérience sous-marine la plus difficile de ta vie. Tu ne devrais avoir aucun problème pour localiser la fosse. Par contre, c'est un endroit connu pour être vraiment dangereux... Il y a des lampes, sous l'eau ? Impossible... Tu penses que quelqu'un est déjà venu ici ? | |

Are you serious? You just got 2 crystals with 15 seconds underwater breath from quest in chain before this one. Plus you can get elixir...

You need 60 seconds of underwater breathing to barely make it if you dive from exactly above of the southern mark.
You can achieve this without pearl items if you stack the effects of both crystals obtained from previous quests (put them on Fortuna boots for additional speed), Agile Seal Elixir (market) and Vadabin Diving Mask (quest chain at Port Ratt).

I had to cheat and log out to reset my breath when I did this, otherwise I had not reached the lamp in time... Though I had two Magic Crystal of Infinity equiped, was using Agile Seal Elixir and had +4 Movementspeed. 
I think you either also need to have +5 Moving Speed or that costume from the pearl shop...

There's also Hard-Boiled Shellfish food that gives extra 10 breathing sec. So you got 10 from food, 15 from elixir and 30 from 2 crystals, that's 55 sec total. I've bought fortuna set since my boots had no available crystal slots, went for fortuna because it also gives +3 movement and is cheap, most of the time at special deals.
Just finished it with +55 sec breathing, +5 speed and 1420 stamina, it was not hard at all, still had like 4-5 sec of air after I got the lamp knowledge, wish you luck.

Cant do it with crystals, diving mask (see no difference with the mask) and potions. Seems impossible...

You can also finish Sibyl's Blessing quest for a diving mask, is a quest chain from port Ratt that's easy and gives good CP xp. Did not test yet to see if it gives more breathing time though or if is just esthetic.

When you have 2 crystals in shoe + elixir + food + the diving mask its very easy

After Port Ratt and Oquilla's Eye rework in early 2023 other comments are outdated. Now quest takes place at Oquilla's Eye.
Go to wharf manager (Ravikel) and dive into water in front of him. Then turn left and keep diving. Then again turn left a bit(like you were facing towards middle of Oquilla's Eye island) and keep diving. You will see lamps placed on the bottom of trench. Knowledge can be obtained by talking to object which is right next to first lamp on the left side. Video link HERE.
