- Description: A well in a farm near western Heidel and a well in Glish are contaminated and unfit to drink from. Some of the possible reasons are the poisonous plants in the swamp and the Extraction Mill. Grand Chamberlain Jordine installed a Water Purifying Facility in every village, but even that is not enough. Heidel is helping send drinking water for now. That NPC does not give me the knowledge

The correct NPC is a woman talking with a blonde guy next to some stairs, close to the location on the first screenshot. Gonna try posting another screenshot for clarification.
