Because Chloe and I are best friends forever. I heard they sell ham near the northern entrance of Calpheon. It's Calpheon Market, across the river. Finally, Chloe is going to forgive me. Don't be so mad at me. This adventurer bought a new ham.

I have gotten the ham at 7:44 AM in game.

Confirming, the ham was not available at 7:43am, and it was available at 7:46am. I created an account just to upvote this guy for posting it after I'd stood there for 2 (in-game) hours obsessively asking about "special ham".

Got one at 7:40, so probably available at 7:40 - 8:00 (or longer).

After checking every minute from 7:40 onward I can say that it became available at 7:44 (and a half). I had to try a second time at 7:44 before it was available.

Cara, ele é apenas um Aldeão escrito "Vendedor de Carne" logo abaixo. Não é um NPC com nome específico. Mas o auto caminhar da missão te leva até ele certinho.

It is possible to get it later, as i got it at ~11:45 but i think there is just a chance.
The NPC said "You got lucky! There's just one left."
