but I forgot to prepare pure powder reagents.
If I have to make all of them now I won't be able to make the delivery in time.

If you don't have an alchemy tool, you can get one from any material vendor.
What else do you need... Of course, you need the list of ingredients.
It's one sugar, silver azalea, purified water, and wild grass.
That's only for one batch though, you will need a couple of each item to make enough reagents for me.
Once you have all the ingredient, you can combine them together with an alchemy tool at your residence.
