You will need to physically mine Titanium & Vanadium ore after accepting the quest - Here are some around Arehza Town.
That area should be enough to get what you need, if not just change channels. Save them to process into ingots for the next quest.

You get Titanium from Soft Sandstone and Vanadium from Hard Sandstone as well as from nodes. Also, you can find a lot of nodes and sandstone in Central Cantusa right near Arehaza.
