德利勘士兵們在又高又險峻的德利勘地區，為了能回報自己的位置和狀況，不斷地嘗試努力，其中士兵們的手訊號是經過很長一段時間才研究出來，現在作為士兵們傳達對話的一種方式。主要會使用的是火炬、旗子，而其中在戰鬥地區能自由自在地使用，又可以當作攻擊手段的火炬，使用的依賴度相對較高。

it's not the top of the library where all the npcs are it is the smaller building also with the open roof you have to get on top of the taller building, go to the corner where the ribbons connect the buildings and jump over. that's where the point is.

quest can be gotten from a guy just east of Marak Farm, elevated from the fighting on the road. can't believe there was no location data for this posted yet

马拉克农场东边跟红狼对峙的地方，右边高台有个NPC给任务“撤退信号”获得。
