Finally got this title just now, #1 hunter on the server. The requirement definitely isn't 10 whale molars, because I have that, and on the last kill all I got was 2 meat and some other junk. At this point, I now have 505 blue whale meat to date, so it may be ~400 blue whale kills, more or less.
