Для получения знания, нужно пройти цепочку квестов,первый квест которой дает Династия Несер – Командир армии Катан Бархан Несер. and go back to SAND GRAIN BAZAAR talk with Barhan Nesser for take quest Suspicious Aakman
do quest until quest : To the Ancient Ator you will got knowledge
ps.you can get Alten and Kalten knowledge from quest : A True Unknown Danger to the Desert when you do Suspicious Aakman full quest

You can delete the knowledge from calpheon girl and relearn it from Atosa for higher rank. Costs 10 energy

If you completed the quest https://bdocodex.com/seaen/quest/5554/8/?sl=1 and got a shitty grade don't worry! You can delete the knowledge and take it back from Atosa at Aakman node : https://bdocodex.com/seaen/npc/50626/1/ it may allow you to get a better grade. Keep in mind that it cost 50 energy to get the knowledge + 10 energy to delete it!
