Also known as the Cup of Rebirth, the Cup of Oblivion was interpreted by the Ahib as being connected to Ibedor, the serpent of Hadum that first passed through O'dyllita.

Before the birth of Kzarka, the God of Hope, the people of Orzeca worshipped the Thornwood Goddess, the Goddess of Darkness. One day, Belshuan, who led the Ancient Kingdom of Orzeca into its golden age, and the witch Hexa Moa, who supported him, gathered the people and proclaimed:

"Last night, the pure offerings for Divine Tree Quturan, rooted in the goddess's holy abyss, were all deceived by the Shadow Serpent and perished. That serpent is a being we have never seen before, and its presence proves that an evil god covets Orzeca from the outside world. The barrier of the Thornwood Goddess of Darkness could not keep it at bay, and the serpent's mark was left upon this land, which entered its golden age through the goddess's knowledge. Soon, this land will be devoured by the shadow from beyond this world. Darkness shall creep in along the mark the serpent left behind. Yet the serpent came here upon hearing the song of hope. If we fill this land with despair, it shall never find us again."

Then Belshuan and Hexa Moa revealed the Cup of Oblivion, and spoke once more.

"This is the cup of power, which purifies the thoughts, memories, and emotions of every soul, granting them rebirth. Capture Ibedor, the Shadow Serpent that still lurks in this land, and I shall bestow this goddess's cup upon you."
