Up to 2 storm clouds can be summoned at a time. Storm clouds will not appear over the same spot.

Storm clouds react to Woosa's Do arts when she uses the following skills:

Additionally, a powerful lighting will strike from the storm cloud if Woosa is struck by a CC.
