- Description:
A successful trader who invested all his money in the construction of the Observatory in the valley of Epheria Ridge in Calpheon. The construction has been canceled due to rampant rumors of spirits lurking in the valley, spirits of people who committed suicide there. Losing every bit of his property overwhelmed him with despair. He too tried to kill himself many times. But in his heart, Charles wants to live longer than anybody else.

Dont go along the beach, start from the city Epheria Port and follow the road that runs parallel with the shore line.

Kind of hard to spot so i took multiple screen shots trying to show exactly where he is but its kind of tricky.

I dont know how long it takes for screenshots to get approved, so ill come back and check in a few days, if i dont see them then ill provide a pic inside the comments.
