There is another Rulupee at the entrance of Altınova. From here is the quest starting location for Old Moon Travelogue 2.You can find its location by looking at the picture.

Important Note: The missions go from bottom to top, and accordingly, you can take one character in front of Rulupee and the other character to the task place, and this way you can complete the missions quickly.

Path to NPC Datu Varudatu (Sezec Hunter) OR NPC Mariam (Innkeeper). Rulupee is inside the building

I can't find Rulupee in Altinova'inn. She stays in Heidel'inn but does not have any quests (also complete 3 knowledge about Travel Journal- Calpheon, Serendia and Balenos).
