You can achieve this quest during a questline given around level 16 to 20.

But if you are to lazy to go back to do it with a toon and have extra energy like I do,

I found this to be most effective:

Mine Imp - Strong Altar Imp Trainer - Altar Imp Trainer - Altar Imp Barracks - Altar Imp Prison

I got 250 Favour and total of 150 amity if done three times.
Never failed once.

Comment if you have better method.

waste of energy whatsoever, accept the quest and inspect the black dragon statue (2 energy)

k this is kinda stupid, who finished the quest, needs to do the amity way

do you have to get another 500 amity if you did the amity first before the quest?
coz thats what I did but didn't get the discover knowledge option from murana
