Any advice on how to get up there? I have tried jumping from the platform ledge of the building next to it, but it doesn't work.

Jump there from the stone behind/over the head of the statue

Two years later I just made the jump from the side easily with two Black Magic Ascension crystals happy.gif.

from the building, at the last floor go around there's a bunch a crate, you'll go over the porch by coming back to where you came out. From there just jump with a bit of speed.

I personally find it harder to go to the stones behind and jump from there, the gap is too big. I tried jumping from the roof to the hand, its way easier. From the hand just climb upwards
