Did it with Loggia riding crop +7, no Quick Steps. Dead on 3 mins to spare.
Have to jump a few walls at the Sanctums, otherwise quick jump off, talk to the Node Manager, then jump back onto the camel.
Helps if you have the web map on another screen to remind you which direction to travel in.
Depending on your display settings, a few of the nodes are visible in the distance when you first set out from the previous node.

I finished this route with a T8 horse with 160.9 % speed and a +7 Manos Riding Crop. So it can easily be done without a Camel, a Dine, and so on.
