イゴール・バルタリが、海岸に変な生命体が流されてくるという話を聞いたという。彼はベリア村の安全のため、バレノスにある島を回り、変わった生命体について情報収集をしてほしいと言った。彼は一番近い、ルイバノ島のイザークに会ってみるよう提案した。ルイバノ島のイザークに会い、特に変わったことがないか確認してみよう。
最近、ベリアの海岸に

村長として、村の住民たちの安全のため、
このような噂を放っておく訳にはいかない。
しかし、島を回って確認してくれる適任者がおらんのだ。
だからと言って、私が直接足を延ばすわけにもいかず。
君が島を一周しながら、巡察してくれないか？
一番近いルイバノ島から始めればいいと思うのだが…。

物騒な世の中だな。
これはまた、どういう兆しなのか…。

to me, this is one of worst quest ever in this game, don't even mention the reward, it will make you go any where the dev want you to go just because they had made these islands and it will be wasted if no one come there and they made this *** quest. i gave my best to do this but can't keep it up cause stupid auto run on sea way and i can make more money with the time i give to do this s***

Breadcrumb for discovering alot of node managers and barterers around Velia island. Gives around 10 energy total.

In April 2023 these prerequisite quests are not correct. You either need to complete the quest "Bag Full of Stories" or "The Sea of the Ancient Civilization". (Please confirm) Here are the links to the quests: https://bdocodex.com/us/quest/3125/24/ and https://bdocodex.com/us/quest/3125/27/

I've checked the latest data on this quest and prerequisites are still the same.

I just started a new character and completed what is listed here for prerequisites, but this quest didn't show. Did you physically do the same or did you just look at the data? This quest only showed for me after I did the 2 quests I mentioned above.

I just did a check in the data. Maybe the requirements for this quest are overridden on the server side somehow.

I confirm qmanbdo. I also ended up at his point and the quest didn't show up until I finished the two quests he mentions. All good after that happy.gif
