I found a way up by climbing the rock wall with my horse, left side of where the marker gets straight and want you to fly in the air :P you know what I mean when you see the path from nodemanager on the picture.

The box is where I aim on the screenshot with my character.

In my experience the best way to get up there is to climb the mountain from the south-east side.
