A strange phenomenon can be seen next to the bridge which is between the cave and an abandoned building.
You can see water gushing upward from a sturdy rock. The gushing water from the rock was fresh water with no hints of saltiness. No one is able to explain why spring water would gush out from a place like this.

Examine the broken bridge inside the wide area of the cave at Star's End.

Near NPC Runaway Monster you will find the bridge. Jump off this bridge (to mountain side, not to the beach) and there will be this stone with water
