After the monarchy ended with the last king, the young Guy Seric, seven representatives from each class were elected to form Kalis, the first parliament in Calpheon.

Kalis includes Herman Feresio, the Chairman from a prestigious family, nobles, and renowned merchants. One representative among the citizens is also included. Members of the parliament were some of the richest people in the city, for certain.
