- Description:
A well in a farm near western Heidel and a well in Glish are contaminated and unfit to drink from. Some of the possible reasons are the poisonous plants in the swamp and the Extraction Mill.

Grand Chamberlain Jordine installed a Water Purifying Facility in every village, but even that is not enough. Heidel is helping send drinking water for now.
Can be obtained through [Amity]
Wouldn't Urahr, the Seed Vendor in Glish, know why the Water Purifying Facility was built?

The correct NPC is a woman talking with a blonde guy next to some stairs, close to the location on the first screenshot. Gonna try posting another screenshot for clarification.
