- Description: Turg, presumably a carter, was found dead in Ehwaz Plains with a mark from a hard blow on his head. It looked like it came from a Goblin Elite Soldier's hammer, which probably killed him on the spot. Turg was wearing a steel and leather bracelet engraved with the words "Alfredo, best buddies always". Can be obtained through [Quest] for Lv. 41 and higher Alfredo, the Arms Dealer in Velia, seems to be full of concern. Help him get rid of his worries. Obtained from:  | |

U need a Charakter Index with 2/4/6/8....,which can make the Quest
When u delete a Charakter before ur second Slot Charakter dont have the Quest.
Then u need to create a new Charakter,who can take the Quest.
He must be Level 14,which u are,when u do Black Ghost Quest until CooP Quest.
