- Description: After the native Uluans vanished, the town stood deserted, only to quickly come back to life when refugees took over the empty spaces. These refugees saw the town as a prepared sanctuary just for them. However, unease lingered about what steps to take if the original inhabitants ever returned. Opinions were split between returning the town to the Uluans if they came back, and a belief that once abandoned, the Uluans had no right to return.
