...born beneath the Divine Tree Quturan, the God of Hope led the Orzeca Empire to ruin. For he granted all contradicting wishes, which only led to self-destruction. Banished in the end, the God of Hope came to be known as the Lord of Corruption. Afterwards, the indelible, ancient darkness left by the Lord of Corruption seeped into the earth and resurfaced here and there as the Springs of Corruption. The foolish descendants returned to the previously-forgotten dark goddess, whom they'd served before the God of Hope. Reminiscing of the dark goddess, otherwise known as the Thornwood Goddess, they began to write the tear-stained commandments of truth...
