Nucamira, the Audrite missionary priestess at Starry Midnight Port, is in charge of the Azure Judgment, when she places select Humans in Verti Shackles. Depending on the outcome of the judgment, she sends the Humans shackled to either Sephir's Thornwood Castle or Viorencia Odore's territory.

The following regarding the Azure Judgment was found written in the Book of Thornwood.
