Using the following skills will grant the Serene Mind buff: - Absolute: Musa Spirit, Ultimate: Musa Spirit, Prime: Flame Rush The following skills can be used on cooldown during the Serene Mind buff: - Rising Storm: Blaze, Prime: Gale, Prime: Crust Crusher, Prime: Blooming Using a skill while under the Serene Mind buff will consume it.
