For anyone who decides to accept the quest:
The saw will be lying on the same street. You just gotta find it.

Note:
Quite common for the quests to not give you direction nor a better description on what to do. I don't mind not being "path-told" where to go, but at least a "search for this" would be better than the ambiguous description the quest has.

This is the quest giver, the quest icon might not be visble because it is hidden inside the 2nd floor of the building... them giants!
