make sure you guys go into your black spirit after the Edana Descendant quest and go to suggested and complete one of the rings quests. That will unlock the graverobber quest

I've got 1200 Amity with this NPC and I still can't discover his knowledge. Is there a pre-req to talk to him? Is he part of Valencia Part II?

From what I understand of it, is that the black spirit is going to give you a quest to meet him after you complete the main Valencia storyline and get the ring of your choice. But like you, I myself didn't get the quest to go to him yet.

I did get knowledge on him for the Foreigners of Valencia category, but not for the other 2 grave robbers behind him.

got 1402 amity to unlock his brothers and didn't so i think yes definitely not available in valencia part 1

Same boat here, finished the valencia black spirit series, got amity to 1100 and he still wont give me any quests or let me talk to his two buddies, feel like this is probably part of valencia II.

You have to gain enough amity and purchase all the knowledge he sells then you can gain knowledge of the others by talking to them. (Takes about 5 minutes btw, lots of 100% with high numbers, rolled consistent 700s).

Just give me date palm wine as gift, its less than 1 mil. I gave 50 and that gave me 1900 Amity lol.
