I'd say this is a waver.
but, if lucky, you;ll avg over 3 amity per game if you hit higher than 3 you win.
select them in this order for it to go around the hammer correctly. I typically pair Highest & Lowest every 2 slots...
-Barbarian Occupied Iron Mine

-Black Energy and the Ancient Civilization
-Book of Cartian
-Three Days of Darkness
or
riskier but can hit 31 amity
-Barbarian Occupied Iron Mine

otherwise just wave with an amity pot popped (20% to 30
