It took a while, but I was able to go from B -> S knowledge without using gun.
Higher Knowledge Gain bonuses:
+20% 5x T4 Birds
+3.141592% [Event] Pi Pie
+5% Simple Cron Meal
+3% [Event] Cacao Chocolate
+7% Savage Draught
+5% Know-it-all Artifact Set Bonus

THIS KNOWLEDGE IS SO DIFFICULT TO GET, HUNTING GUN DOESN'T WORK!
If you grinding for 'S' rank, just use awakening wizard. Leave the marg pet afk right next to this mob. Your pet kill will it for an hour. 252 AP 280 AP Tuvala Gear is enough.

MAYBE you might need a pet with agro talent.
