You'll have a chance to get these from the normal beer recipe if your cooking skill is at "Skilled."
Source; I was starting to get 3-4 beers for every executed cooking once i hit "skilled" level, and these randomly appeared in my inventory when doing the same recipe as before.

so the cold draft beer only for feeding? or is it needed for something greater?
