I catched mine just in front of Dunde Island. Tooked a while to find a hotspot with plenty of these. I was tire of getting Sea Bass in Arhmo hotspots.

Edit: just found out that, after the hotspot disappeared, continued fishing in that same place without moving kept giving me some more of these fishes for around 5 more minutes.
